Hotmail (Microsoft) likes to use "SenderID" which differs
slightly from SPF. You'll have to ask hotmail about that, or
read the docs at

Apparently your DKIM was working when you sent the test mail.
You have not published the *optional* Author Signing Practices
DNS record. This record is not required, but you can see
instructions about it here:
