    I suggest that you find a SIMPLE example that reproduces the problem.

    I have shown a SIMPLE example where permit_mynetwork correctly
    handles both main.cf and master.cf setting of mynetworks.

    You could verify the SIMPLE examples first, before dumping
    some complex system on me.
