Hello
I am looking for software to manage an e-mail customer service
center. A web or e-mail based system to dispatch new requests to next
available available agent, monitor open and closed cases, transfer e-
mail conversations to senior agents etc. Just like a telephone call
center system does.
My problem is that I don't know what such a system would be called,
which makes googling hard. I have found a plethora of contact
management systems etc, but not what I am looking for. Please share
if you have any pointers. Open source product names are the most
welcome, especially with Postfix interfaces, but everything is
welcome to help get me started.
