It already exists and is called called local_recipient_maps (and
relay_recipient_maps, virtual_alias_maps, virtual_mailbox_maps).
So depending on if the domain name is listed in mydestination
or elsewhere, you specify the recipients in local_recipient_maps
or elsewhere, and Postfix rejects mail before it is received.
