    Actually there is something you may be able to do:

        smtpd_discard_ehlo_keyword_address_maps = cidr:/etc/postfix/esmtp_by_ip

    esmtp_by_ip:
        # Replace 192.0.2.NNN/25 with real CIDR blocks of MXlogic proxies.
        192.0.2.0/25 size,silent-discard
        192.0.2.128/25 size,silent-discard
