    I don't have FreeBSD on 64-bit, but I have personally tested Postfix
    on 64-bit systems running Solaris and OpenBSD; plus, FreeBSD is
    the primary development platform and I have never seen accept()
    EINVAL errors.

    I suggest trimming Postfix down (remove all third party code)
    and see if the problem persists.
