    I'm quite confused. I thought we were talking about senders.
    Apparently you want to whitelist some recipients as "spam
    lovers". Do you want these recipients to accept ALL mail, or just
    mail from specific senders?

    For these spam lovers to accept all mail, just use
    "check_recipient_access hash:..." rather than "check_sender_access hash:..."
