I have pasted it at the end of this email. All I changed from a fresh
install was to add an alternate smtp port (to get around my ISP's
rules), and to paste in the amavis-new related blocks. Nothing out of
    the ordinary.

Does that really mean a timeout??? To me the log just looks like it's
receving the mail from adelphia, then routing it through amavis-new
(127.0.0.1), after which it's delivered to my Maildir. All seems well,
except I get three copies in my Maildir instead of one.

The log entries for other incoming emails look the same, but I only
get one copy. Am I missing something?
