For "concepts" like these (which are not postfix specific), it is better
to look in sites like:
- google
- wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org)

It doesn't seem worth to try to reproduce these infos (admitting one can
rewrite it in good style without breaking copyright!).
It is also a good idea to search Google for phrases like
mailing list etiquette
mailing list netiquette
usenet etiquette
usenet netiquette
etc. and follow few links.
