    SMTP mail must end in <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>.

    If you disagree, then I challenge you to provide the evidence in
    the form of a tcpdump recording.

    So far you have not provided a tcpdump recording that shows mail
    going through without <CR><LF>.<CR><LF> at the end, where the SMTP
    server recognizes the end of the message.
