Re: rejected because of pre-greeting traffic

i have been unable to install tcpdump on the machine
in question at this point to fulfill your request.
can anyone suggest what might cause sendmail to get
the following errors from my machine:

Oct 3 15:58:40 tuolumne sendmail[13301]:
j93Mwd9W013301: rejecting commands from
fence.pobox.com+[208.210.124.76] due to pre-greeting
traffic
