    I take it you've solved the immediate problem by blocking those
    addresses and are wondering how to prevent this from occurring in the
    future. Maybe check_sender_mx_access could help with this particular bozo.

    You're said you already use greylisting and RBLs before doing SAV, I
    don't think there is much else to do. The various smtp_*_timeout
    parameters aren't likely to help much here.

    I wonder if it would help or even make any sense for anvil(8) to
    limit outgoing smtp?
