    Then i retract what i said.

    I do still, and the amount of complaints are few, very very few.

    Of the handfull that have complained in the last few months,
    the admins themselves are well aware they are responsible
    for the spammers that are sending through their relays and
    time/effort is taken to help them deal with the problem.
