I use it on two mail servers, I love it.
You basically tune it over time; get a spam from a certain IP? Run it through an extensive RBL check and then add the RBL and point value and voila! :)

yes, me too. I have tested 5 days with warn_if_reject and had 2
FPs. (The same thing with misconfigured DNS) I`m very happy. ;)
