    Please search the archives. In short:
    - use few good lists. no reason to use 20 lists.
    - only use lists that match your site policy. Lists may be more or less
    aggressive.
    - if using spamassassin, then you're already using many lists in a
    scoring way.
    - Many people use relays.ordb.org and sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
    - If you don't mind blocking dynamic IPs, you can also use
    dnsbl.sorbs.net (using sublists of this may be a better idea).
    - If you don't mind loosing legit mail, you can also use bl.spamcop.net.
    - if you're filtering mail for users, don't decide for them. use only
    safe lists or ask them, or at least "publish" your policy.

    and in case you forgot what I said first: Search the archives for more
    infos.
