Given the default value of smtpd_delay_reject, there is no functional
difference except for whitelisting.
Advantage of smtpd_recipient_restrictions: you can put most if not all
restrictions in one place.
Advantage of smtpd_client_restrictions: it looks right. :)
Wietse has an example in SMTPD_ACCESS_README.html#danger about how you
can benefit from splitting restrictions into other lists. In fact you
should read that whole document, and I think you'll understand it
better.
