even if it's localhost, it's good to have the name in the logs. this
way, if you have multiple relays running on localhost (amavisd, dspam,
clamsmtpd, ...), your log line will be easily identified because you'll
get something like relay=amavis.localhost[127.0.0.1] instead of
relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]. so when parsing log lines, you get some
evidence instead of trying to guess where the mail has gone.
