How are you calling SpamAssassin? IE - spamd, Amavisd-new? You can
either 1) add another IP address/smtpd listening port to the Postfix box
and disable the content-filter in master.cf for that new IP
address/smtpd listener then have Groupwise relay through that IP address
/ smtp port or 2) if you're using amavisd-new look into the MYNETS
policy bank used with Postfix XFORWARD:

What's the exact error message for this? Show the logs.

Also make sure that your Postfix box knows the valid Groupwise
addresses, or else you will accept mail for invalid recipients and
Groupwise will bounce them back later (this is known as
'backscattering').
