Oh, and I forgot to mention: pointless. You've already accepted the
mail on the backup MX, so it is going to be delivered. It is entirely
futile to delay the transmission between the backup MX and the primary,
if the primary starts rejecting the mail, you have a backscatter host,
if the primary discards it, why not do it fast. Regain your professional
pride, don't accede to pointless constraints!
