As I said, the logs do not contain any information about connection
attempts.

Last thing that was recorded in /var/log/maillog is:

Nov 12 17:01:52 server1 postfix/postfix-script: refreshing the Postfix
mail system
Nov 12 17:01:52 server1 postfix/master[7607]: reload configuration

Since then, postfix was restarted several times.

That was a spelling mistake only in the mail. The config file is
correct.
