So there should be a upper limit on:

1) Mail sent per time unit (10 000 mails in 1 hour)
2) Mail volume per time unit (300 meg per 1 hour)

Would you suggest that the information:

1) is stored in mysql database (multiple outgoing smtp's)
2) needed is: from:<> and size: are the relevant bits..

What else would be usefull / what other functionality
would be required? (i'd like to get an exact overview
so i know what to cater for..)
