Once upon a time, I was attempting to follow a howto on spam filtering.
This attempt was unsucessful. During the attempt I set a test email, and
ever since then I've been getting these type entries in my log:
Sep 17 19:08:43 Romeo postfix/qmgr[17730]: warning: connect to transport
spamc: Connection refused
Sep 17 19:09:43 Romeo postfix/qmgr[17730]: warning: connect to transport
spamc: Connection refused
Sep 17 19:11:43 Romeo last message repeated 2 times
Sep 17 19:13:43 Romeo last message repeated 2 times
Sep 17 19:15:43 Romeo last message repeated 2 times
Sep 17 19:17:43 Romeo last message repeated 2 times
There must be a way to stop this. I've greped both main.cf and master.cf
for 'spamc' without finding it becuase I removed the entry after the
attemp and have restarted Postfix numerous times since.
Please advise.
