Thanks, That was what I was looking for. As to the version of Postfix, it's
bundled with SuSE's Openexchange product and I think we'd be killing out
SuSE support if we did that, although I have wondered about how feasible it
would be.

The documentation tells you exactly what is acceptable, namely client
addresses, network blocks, and hostnames.
