Humans are characterized by an extended period of infancy.

There was a time when humans could go through their years of
immaturity and not have to worry that their expressions would be
recorded for eternity.

Internet mailing lists change that. Every word uttered on this list
is likely to be still around 10 or 20 years from now. Some time
into the future, someone types your name into a search engine and
sees what a character you were.

So maybe I should remove you from the list, just to protect you
against yourself.

But maybe I won't. I despise people who demand solutions and who
bite the hand that feeds them when someone points them the way to
the answer.

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed
him his entire life. You, sir, want to be fed, like a suckling.
