Would text files (one for failure, one for warning and one for probes) loaded

These text files would only be used if specified in main.cf otherwise the "stock"
bounce text message would be used.
The actual bounce message would be generated as needed and it would contain macros such as
$(MAIL_PROGRAM_NAME)
${MYHOSTNAME)
$(DELAY_WARN_HOURS}
${MAX_QUEUE_DAYS)
$(POSTMASTER)
which would be replaced by the appropriate values?
