I do agree with you that, sometimes, Wietse could be a little politer,
even when saying 'read the fine manual' ......
But, unfortunelly, i have to agree with Wietse that ALMOST ALL of the
questions he answers with the 'RTFM', are really well explained in the nice
postfix documentation or these questions have already been discussed and
could be found on the mailing lists.
I have to completly disagree with you that Wietse is not professional.
Please remember that this is a tech-2-tech mailing list. People who sign
this list are supposed to know how to read (and understand) documentations,
search mailing lists archives, and other things we couldn't ask for final
users ........
If you wanna a super polite tech support, pay for that. I'm sure Wietse
can be SUUUUPER polite and 'professional' for some hundreds of dollars. If
you wanna use free and open source solutions, you just cant complain that
much.
