Etcetera.
Postfix does not change spontaneously, and I do not recall someone
ever reporting the above with an unmodified Postfix installation.
The above can happen for all kinds of reasons, from someone updating
Postfix executable files or shared libraries that Postfix depends
upon, all the way to hardware trouble that causes the content of
files to change after information is read from disk.
