Out of curiosity how are you obtaining the address lists for the 1/3 of
customers who are not using Exchange?

I'm new to Postfix so please forgive my ignorance, but in this case is
what they deserve an export of the information?
http://www.postfix.org/docs.html links to a perl script which on first
blush appears to be sufficient to obtain the information for Exchange
200x and to a somewhat muddled[1] solution for previous versions.
For customers who don't wish to provide a username/password (and an
opening for the required port) for you to pull the data, they could
write a wsh or similar script to extract the information and push it to
you.
[1] Didn't run the 5.5 script, but off the top of my head I believe
there's at least one potential problem with it... IIRC the
userexport.ini file like which reads "Subcontainers=No" should probably
read "Subcontainers=Yes".
