I have a client who has been unlucky enough to be on a Dynamic Pool that
has been blacklisted ... he downloads his email from our server via
fetchmail, and has his home mail readers set to send through his machine
... is there a way of setting up postfix so that all mail he sends through
will 'smart host' through our server, with SMTP AUTH?
