Too Many Open Files (Postfix / Amavis / SpamAssassin / DCC / Razorv2)

Hello,

I'm working in a university and i have seting up a POSTFIX mail server (rpm
postfix-2.0.0.2-3 on a RedHat 8.0) with set of tools like
Amavisd-new/spamassassin / DCC / Razor ... etc ...
for information the old server was under Sendmail, so, i have kept the old
/etc/aliases form sendmail tu use it under postfix.

1/ The first problem is the ".forward" that seems to work differently.
With sendmail if someone want to forward its mail to an other address mail
(copy) and keep the orginal in its local "Maildir/", the user must enter 2
lines in the $HOME/".forward" :

But, postfix hangs and says something like : "warning: possible alias
database loop for <user>"
Why ? How to perform the same thing under postfix ?

2/ The Second problem is about the "Too many open files errors" in the
"maillog" when i send a mail to all my students.
In fact, i use an alias in my /etc/poostfix/aliases (same as sendmail) to
send informations to my students (approx: 800 students max).
To give you more informations, i've pasted infos :
