        Postfix version 1.1.11 have no this README, so I've been
upgraded to 2.0.18. But what i need is not "supporting
user+foo at domain addresse", but just get users sending mails with
multiple destinations separateds by ',' in 'To' field, like
','.

        Well, after upgrade, im getting same problem: mails arrives
to multiples recipients but sender receives a error mail message
saying it wasnt delivered because "Mailbox does not exist". Please
look error from /var/log/syslog:

log----

Feb 28 22:57:10 mobile postfix/pipe[2672]: 1DF9649EDB:
to=<>, orig_to=<asd>, relay=cyrus, delay=0,
status=bounced (data format error. Command output: : Mailbox does not
exist )

to=<>, orig_to=<teste>, relay=cyrus, delay=0,
status=bounced (data format error. Command output: : Mailbox does not
exist )

log----

        It is worth to note that these mailbox _does_ exists, so, if
sending to single mailboxs, one per time, it gets no error.

        Some light?
