RFC 821 says that an MTA MUST support at least 100 recipients, which means
that some MTAs will not support more than 100. This means that all MTAs
need to send less than 100 when sending to a destination not a-priori
known to support more.

If your Exchange server only talks to your Postfix server, it is OK to
leave the limit at 1000, but the *default* limit for Exchange (as shipped
by Microsoft) should be 100.
