The sample updated MAILDROP_README on spike.porcupine.org omits any
mention of mailbox_transport. This is used instead of mailbox_command when
the underlying store is owned by a single [ug]id and the injection command
is not set[uid/setgid. This should I believe be included for completeness.

The precedence of:

  All mailboxes:
    - mailbox_transport

  Unix user mailboxes:
    - mailbox_command_maps
    - mailbox_command
    - home_mailbox
    - mail_spool_directory

  Non user mailboxes:
    - fallback_transport
    - luser_relay

does not appear to be documented in local(8). The order is described in
sample-local.cf, but even there it is not spelled out clearly.
