I use Jim Seymour's pflogsumm together with cgi-mail for an http server
rendition. It's not a graphic tool, but should do all of what you want
plus more (gives you stats). See the postfix.org add-on page.
In addition, i use pflogsumm/cron to mail root/postmaster/whoever
mailstats for the preceding day.
