Nothing behing check_relay_domains is evaluated.
Since it returns permit or reject

smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
  permit_mynetworks
  permit_sasl_authenticated
  reject_unauth_destination
  ...

> access_by_client hash:/etc/postfix/access_by_client_hash
> access_by_recipient hash:/etc/postfix/access_by_recipient_hash

These are no valid restrictions
