Definitely Avoid building LDAP with SASL (--without-cyrus-sasl as already
mentioned in LDAP_README), since this causes problems if Postfix is also
using SASL.

LDAP_README suggests "--disable-shared" this is optional, if you like you
may use dynamic libraries. If you wish add "--enable-static=yes" to build
both.

I also use: --without-fetch --without-readline

The latest snapshots add support for LDAP over TLS. If you want to use
this, you will need to enable TLS support in LDAP. Otherwise nothing
changes in the LDAP library requirements.
