For Postfix 2.0 see VIRTUAL_README and ADDRESS_CLASS_README. For LDAP see
LDAP_README. Don't worry about extra LDAP queries, make sure your LDAP
server/replicas are sufficiently close (~1ms round-trip delay) that query
latency is not a concern.
