Build something on top of my mailq reformatter script
http://mandree.home.pages.de/postfix/mailqfmt.pl - its output is easily
grepped for the information you want to see. (Requires Perl5 as you guessed.)
BTW, please do NOT press "reply" when starting a new query on a mailing
list, but DO use the "new mail" button, so you start a new thread.
BTW #2, there are better Linux mailers than Communicator 4.8, in case
you find reading or posting to the list uncomfortable.
