Duplicate elimination with Postfix 2.0 is on (orcpt, rcpt) pairs. The
latest snapshot has a new parameter (enable_original_recipient = yes)
which can be used to enable/disable this behaviour (it is enabled by
default).

The two (identical) recipients might become one again if sent over SMTP to
another system, this includes content filters. If you want two recipients
do virtual expansion behind the content filter. If you don't want two
recipients, try the snapshot, or expand before the content_filter (if you
have one).
