It looks like your fallback_relay kicks in early. My suggestion:
edit master.cf, copy the 'smtp...smtp' line to a new line, now starting
with 'b-rail', disabling fallback_relay:

b-rail unix - - y - - smtp -o fallback_relay=

Then, in transport maps:
        .b-rail.be b-rail:[internalrelay.b-real.be]

Reload postfix and see how it turns out.

PS:

This is illegal, it should start with $myhostname, e.g.:

smtp_banner = $myhostname ESMTP Secondary NMBS/SNCB Antivirus Mailer
