Sheesh. Americans. Go hide if it's that cheap. :-)
I have yet to find an ISP who gives me a static IP for a cheap xDSL line
here. Line + access (flat, for private use) are somewhat less than 40 ¤
a month here. We should seize some of the "reserved" address space for
Europe...
