I have the same dates and diagnostic here:

Returned mail: Arrival-Date: Sat, 19 Oct 2002 12:40:59 -0600 (MDT)
Ezmlm warning: Date: 31 Oct 2002 17:13:10 -0000

This looks like a DNS problem on their end.
