Totally agree. When I'm in Windows (which is rare) I use the keyboard
for everything. The only issue is that some keystroke combinations are
not ideal, and I can't remap them :(

KDE is very hard to use with the keyboard. It is for that reason that I
switched to ratpoison, which is completely keyboard controlled and one
can map any key to lauch apps, change windows, etc.

They *must* do this.

This really ought to be my last word on the subject! Postfix doesn't run
on Windows anyway, nor does it need (or profit from) a graphical
environment, nor does it care what mail client you use!
