We use f-prot (www.f-prot.com) on a suse 8.0 box +postfix.
Using amavis it's great ..!!!
The cost is aceptable 300$ (server license NOT domain) for a small business
solution and 450$ for enterprise. Inside it's present a script that you put in
your crontab and dowload automatically the new database.
