Postfix will always send a 4xx reply when the DNS lookup does not
produce a definitive result (i.e. failure due to timeout, server
failure, malformed response, etc.).

Don't have Postfix send postmaster notices for every possible
problem. Like verbose logging, it is not meant to be turned
on permanently.
