I'm just evaluating RAV and I'm very happy with their support. OK, just
configuration and setup problems, nothing deeper inside. Anwsers comming
quickly, sometimes within 10 minutes. Living and working in Germany seems to
be an advantage, cause we're just 1 hour behind Romania.
