Hi all,
Anybody on this?
Lookup of virtual_maps is done via ldap.This works well. If relay_domains in main.cf remains empty _and_ i add an entry to the ldap-database containing the bare virtual domain (example ldif-extract mailacceptinggeneralid: virtualdomain.org), then relaying for this domain also works.
However, this means that you need one "user" per domain (e.g. postmaster) containing an ldap-entry as just described. Would it be possible to "lookup" valid domains from a list at another spot in ldap? Any clue? I was thinking to add an entry like ou=Domains, dc=domain,dc=org to our directory tree, to store all domains that need relaying. This would draw up a quick list (like the relay_domains flat file).
Unfortunately, i haven't been able 'til now to get the second configuration to work. Is anybody actually using an entry in main.cf like
relay_domains = ldap:RelayDomains
or something?
Any pointers how to accomplish this properly??
Regards,
Olivier Brugman
