1. They don't include their hostname in the SMTP greeting.
2. They identify themselves as tsmtpX.mail.isp which I "guess" doesn't
resolve.
Some time ago I attempted to tell them about this, but I don't think
they read the RFCs. After all they're not in Spanish. :-(
My guess this is a common problem, that in non-English speaking
countries some people just don't read, or know about, the RFC
standards. Others can't be bothered to follow them.
