Sounds easy... Checking Qpopper though I find that it has no such feature.
I will need to look for another pop3 solution that I can easily configure
mailboxes for each user.
Any other good alternatives?

Put the mail into the respective users' $HOME.
postconf home_mailbox
Now all you need to do is to inform your IMAP/POP daemon to look for
the mail elsewhere.
