Agreed. Unfortunately, the PHB's often don't know this, and companies they get in
to quote them for smtp services often see it as a way to make extra money with
the latest buzz word toys... (My last one, I threw out the LB's saving almost
half the total equipment costs). [I also threw out mailSweeper. I despise paying
for closed source software when there's much better open source stuff for free).
